ICE with 14.0.1

I ran into this when 14.0.1 was released, but I don't think I ever got around to reporting it (and couldn't find it with a quick search).  Apologies if this is a repeat.

Remarkably twitchy little bug this one - minor changes to the source code and his spots turn into stripes.

Interesting that it compiles fine with 14.0 Initial Release, so, it is a regression and I escalated it (DPD200250276).

Bug is fixed in the latest compiler version.
