IVF 10 won't build?

Had the 10 beta on one machine. VS2003.

I installed the new 10 . 26 there, did not remove the VS2003 integeration. But it doesn't seem to make a proper build. Tries to compile things before their dependents are compiled.

Any hints?

Have you tried a "rebuild solution"? Contact support if you need more help.

I had tried everything so I let it rest overnight (no reboot, no anything). This morning it seems to be working.

I suppose I could make a joke about even software getting cranky when it's tired, but...

Are any of your project files on a network shared disk?

no, all the files are on the same computer, same disk though the computer itself is on a network.

this is an XP machine. I rebuilt the project from scratch -- to no avail last night. Didn't do anything this morning and it seemed to work.
