Hi,

I would like to purchase a license for IVF version 15.0.221, this compiler was included in one of the Intel Paraller Studio XE packages, which are not provided anymore.

I am not sure what are the steps that  I should take to purchase this produce, Is the only way to get access to this product is through purchasing a priority support of Intel oneAPI HPC toolkit?

You can't buy a licence that is far too old. The current products are free. Paid tech support allows some older products but not even close to the one you think you need. Why that version?

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I am working with an old version of a power system software that was built with this IVF version. The current free compilers are not compatible with that software.

In what way not compatible, do you compile the complete project from source code? If so there is no compatibility issue other than updating build system. Why use an obsolete system, that creates so many problems.

There are no issues in the compilation. However, the software does not read the executable from that compilation (with IVF19). I only see this issue in the old versions of this software, even after updating the software libraries with the ones of IVF19. I am not sure what is the problem there, but I know it works with IVF15 because this version of the software was built with it.

I do not understand what you have written. Are you saying it compiles ok but does not link? Or are you saying the exe produced does not run? Do you have a build log you can post? What build system are you using?
