IVF Documentation issue (jumping screen)

When using MS Edge (Windows 10)

IANY (intel.com)

The screen jumps up and down.

There are a few other pages in the documentation that do the same thing.

Using FireFox does not exhibit the issue.

(using 4k monitor if that makes any difference)

 Once the page fully loads, I don't see the issue. A lot of pages do this when parts of the pages load at different times.

I reported this to the documentation team. It's reproducible with Chrome, too. They are investigating.

The thought is that the behavior can likely be reproduced for any URL that links to an anchor on the page.

We'll see what they find.

Barbra, be aware that this issue appears on multiple links, not just IANY. Hopefully they can identify the pattern of the issue and perform a file search in order to fix all such errors.
