IVF&VS&PSCAD simulation problem

Hi,everyone

I used PSCAD X4.5.0 in conjunction with IVF XE 2013 SP1 and VS2010, I saw the simulation file of battery module on the PSCAD official website, but when I downloaded it, it didn't work, the error message was:

"BATTER~1.LIB(batteryx.obj):error LNK2019: unparsed external symbol _EMTDC_MESSAGE, which is referenced in the function _BATTERYCOEFF1X_CFG"

I choosed the .lib file of if12, and I didn't know what went wrong, could anyone help me?
