I tried to install de Intel Parallel Studio.
But it started to roll back.
What should i Proceed to install the program.

I suggest that you file a support request at https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US and attach a ZIP of the log file mentioned in the error display. Without knowing what failed, it's difficult to recommend a solution.
My generic advice is: reboot the computer and temporarily disable anti-malware software. Sometimes that helps.
