Basic relevant information might include your Windows version (and Visual Studio version, if any). You would require an X64 Windows version to run the results of an Intel64 compilation. If you chose an evaluation compiler, you will need Visual Studio 2005 or 2008, professional or above, with service packs and C++ X64.
You probably have no interest in ia64 (Itanium).
You might read the installation notes in the documents folder of your partial compiler installation.

This is probably because your Visual Studio installation does not have the x64 support. Follow these instructions to fix this:
1. From Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
(or 2008) > Change/Remove. The Visual Studio Maintenance Mode window will appear.
Click Next.
2. Click Add or Remove Features
3. Under Select features to install, expand Language Tools > Visual C++
4. If the box X64 Compiler and Tools is not checked, check it, then click Update. If the
box is already checked, click Cancel.
Now uninstall and reinstall Intel Fortran.
The folders you say you don't have are appropriate to be not present if installing on an x64 system.
