Installing IVF 11.1.067

During installation of IVF 11.1.067 (IA32) I received the message "Unable to install into Visual Studio. Failure in "C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\\IntelFortran\\VFPackages\\integrate.bat" "C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\\Common7\\Tools".
After calling VS2005 I received the message that IVF Compiler integration package was not loaded, a similar message also for C++ (similar error message during installation).
I deinstalled IVF and C++, but the previous versions of both compilers were not operational anymore. A reinstallation of 067 did not help.

What can I do to solve the problem? I need the C++ and IVF compilers urgently to finish a project.

Environment: Windows 7 (IA32, German)), Visual Studio 2005 (German), IVF & C++ IA32

This thread shows the troublehsooting to get to the solution. It was a case of the path being too long. Unecessary entries had to be cleaned out and then the compiler installed again.
