Installing Version 11.1.048 (a32)

I am trying to install the downloaded version 11.1.048 on a Win7 system. I have the serial number and a license file, but I just cannot get the installer to recognize their validity. My original SN was for the Standard Fortran Compiler. On the download page, there is a note suggesting that the system will provide an "Update" to my serial number before the download. There was no such opportunity. If someone can advise me on how to get a valid SN, or license file, andcomplete the installation, it would be appreciated. FWIW, I also tried to install version 11.0.66, and had the same problems. Thanks in adavnce.

On the web page where you selected the download, at the bottom where it reports your licenses, there should be a link labeled manage, where you can get a fresh copy of the license emailed. If this doesn't solve the problem, you might get quicker response on the companion licensing forum.

I could not locate the companion "licensing" forum. Would you please provide a a link to the "licensing" forum. Many thanks.
