Where/How could I download Intel Fortan Compiler 8.0.039 for Linux?
Is it possible to get free non-comercial download?
Sincere thanks,

As far as I know, only the current version is available under the non-commercial license. If you want to pay for a commercial or academic license, then older versions can be downloaded once you register the license.

Why do you want such an old version? I can't recommend that to anyone.

I need this specific version to create subroutines for another software.
Only this version is supported.

Why you wouldn't recommend this version?

Speaking truthfully, next version of the software supports IntelFortranCompiler 9.1
Mayby it would be a better idea to upgrade software.
I understand that if I want to download Intel Fortran 9.1 I should proceed in manner described above ?

I would not recommend version 8.0 because it is perhaps the least stable of our releases since 8.0. We have fixed many bugs since then and improved support for newer processors.

My advice would be to try the newer software version with our current 10.1 compiler and see how it works.

However, I just learned that you probably can download 8.0 even with a non-commercial license. Once you have registered your license, log in to the Intel Registration Center and select the product (Fortran 10.1.). On that page will be a dropdown menu allowing you to select older versions.

I recommend installing 10.1 first, then you can install the older version. Note, though, that older versions of the compiler do not support most of the newer Linux distributions, so that may pose a problem. 9.1 would be a better choice than 8.0, as long as you are not too "bleeding edge" on Linux distros.

The final ifort 8.1 versions are more reliable than 8.0, but otherwise fully compatible with 8.0. Still, Steve has good reasons for recommending the newer compilers.
