• Can you please confirm whether this application supports in windows 10 (64 bit) platform?
• Is there a newer version available for this application that will support windows 10 (64 bit) platform? If yes, then what’s the version name and when it will be available?

Compiler 12 (also known as XE2011). The release notes are at : https://software.intel.com/sites/default/files/article/181839/release-notesf-w-en-u12.pdf it clearly is not "supported" but getting it to work on W10 should be possible as it will work with Visual studio 2010 which will run OK on W10.
This is a very old version, there are many newer and better versions avialable if your licence permits.....

The current version is Intel Parallel Studio XE 2017 with compiler version 17.0. Obviously a compiler released in 2010 isn't going to talk about support of an OS released in 2015, but it should install and work. That version does support 64-bit development. I would highly recommend using a current version.
