Intel Fortran Compiler Classic Installation Failure Part 3

Good morning:

Per the email from Barbara_P_Intel re mecej4 suggestion, this morning I tried installing using the Offline Installer.

This worked for installation on my desktop Windows 11 PC + Microsoft Visual Studio 2022. From MVS2022 v17.4.3, I can verify that the Intel compilers IFX and IFORT are present.
