My student license got expired. Now renew option is not available. Also, Intel parallel studio is not available. What I understood from the website is that now I have to install oneAPI hpc toolkit.
If it is so, please let me know if do I have to remove the older version of intel Fortran as well as all the libraries.

Install the oneAPI HPC Toolkit and the "Intel Distribution for GDB" from the Base toolkit if you want debugger support in Visual Studio. You do not need to uninstall older versions.
