I'm trying to build a package called pySLALIB that includes Fortran and Python code with Python 2.7 on Windows. I'm following the Python.org standard of using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 for Python 2.7 builds. The current version of Intel Parallel Studio Composer Edition supports VS 2010 and VS 2015 but no longer supports VS 2008. Would it be possible to get a past version of an Intel Fortran compiler that works with VS 2008, even if Intel no longer offers support for that version?
I see that https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/troubleshooting-fortran-integration-issues-with-visual-studio/ says that the most recent version to support VS2008 was Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2013 SP1 (compiler version 14.0).

Thank you very much! Sorry about that-- I tried Google and searching past forum threads but missed the FAQ link.
