We are using VS2022 with Intel OneAPI 2022.2.0(FORTRAN compiler component). We see couple of issues which we have created tickets to Intel.
These known issues are very annoying, just want to know which OneAPI version works better with VS 2022 for now?
Thanks.

17.3.2 appears to work fine
17.4 preview is a dog, not a live dog.

Andrew:
My problem is I have devices all over the place. I put 4 into Washington last week. I like to find out about problems coming down the stream using my laptop where I have access to it, not on a machine that costs me 1000 to get to quickly or longly.
We have a new NUC that will not run, after many tries and changing hard drives. An old NUC is being used, but it will only run Windows 10. Interestingly the Windows 10 number on the desktop is 19041, but the System tells me it is 19044. Only time I have noticed the difference.
But going back to Windows 10 after getting used to Windows 11 preview is a complete pain. The stuff missing from Windows 10 is enough to show you how useful the new stuff really is for managing and using a computer. Sometimes you need to reinstall everything, but it never takes long.
VS 2022 17.3.2 installs nicely, no hassles, except I have to use my own version of a VSIX file to get the nice red screen on VS. I cannot upload it to the marketplace, as it is not certified, but it works for me. I hate the standard VS colors. I enclose the file as a zip.
One api runs nicely in 17.3.2. it does not seem to cause any problems. I have not run all programs, but it appeared to be ok.
Do not touch 17.4.

Thanks for your answer, John.
Can you please confirm 3 things regarding to VS17.3.2:
1. Do you mean this version works fine with Intel OneAPI 2022.2.0 or which version?
2. Can you check on your end if the combination of VS 17.3.2 and OneAPI (your version) doesn't have the FORTRAN file reload issue -- if you have a FORTRAN file open in VS, after close and reopen the VS, that FORTRAN file can't be reloaded(see the attachment).
3. Your combination doesn't have this issue either, right?
Thanks a lot.
