I have a question regarding Intel Registration Center. Are the passwords different for the Premier Support website and the Registration Center ?
I have been trying to apply my support renewal code to the existing product. I am not able to reset my password for registration center. Repeated emails to premier support so far has little impact and myself and the support technician are trying to figure it out.If the premier support technicianspends so much time trying to resolve a trivial issue, how are the end users expected to know all the bits and pieces of back end login system?
Why are the Intel Premier Support login and Registration Center logins are different? Don't get me wrong. I have been using Intel products and have been a loyal customer.Why should Intel make it so difficult to use their website ? Are there any customer support phone numbers for Intel Premier Support users ? Sometimes it is easier to talk over the phone than send a thousand emails.
