We purchased 3 Intel Fortran Compiler Professional Edition for Linux - single user licenses (w/maintenance)through SHI. The licenses we purchased were incorrect versions. We need 3 licenses of Fortran Compiler 10.1 SE for linux, 32 EM, 64 bit, product code FTC101NSGB1PP. Is there any way we can exchange the 3 licenses we purchased for the version we require? I removed the serial numbers - please do not post serial numbers in the forum.
You do not need to exchange anything - you merely need to register the serial numbers, download the earlier version and install using the license file that is emailed to you when you register. See this article for details.
