Intel Visual Fortran complier, version 15(15.0.2)

In order to integrate with Visual Studio 2012, I require the Intel Fortran 15.0.2 compiler.

 

If I purchase a oneAPI toolkit support license, can I use the Intel Fortran compiler of that version (15.0.2)?
