I just wanted to check on a few internal tracking IDs that I have active.

200148269 - incorrect error 6678 for pointer assignment to a type-bound procedure returning a pointer. Fixed in compiler version 11.1.072, also known as "11.1 Update 6". U70375.

200152345 - error #6618 INTERFACE/CONTAINS stack is full. There is a fix in the compiler for the next major release, v12.0 due sometime this fall. The developers are investigating if this bug can be fixed in 11.1 without major risk of regressions.

As I noted here, DPD200152345 will be fixed in the next major release (November).

You had mentioned that it might be fixed in 11.1. I was just wondering if there was any conclusion on that. I guess I'll have to wait for November. Thank you for the quick response.

Version 12 fixed many of the ICEs I was getting but I am still getting one. I'll try to make a reproduction code (though we may have to go offline if that is ok).
