Is this upgrade for me?

I am far from being a power user but I do have some relatively important programs that incorporate IMSL routines into my CVF stuff.
How do I go about keeping these programs upto date without spending a bundle - or perhapsi should just freeze my developement system as it is (CVF 6.6b - I seem to have missed out on the 6.6c free upgrade)?

Perhaps you missed the link which Steve Lionel posted on New Year's day to the corrected CVF 6.6C update. Otherwise, I don't understand your post. Steve has mentioned several times what choices are expected to be available. If you don't want to spend any money, CVF 6.6C looks like your choice. You might do that and see whether there is still a reduced price upgrade offer available after the other issues with Intel Fortran have sorted out.
