We found a perpetual academic license for the Visual Intel Fortran software with IMSL 6.0.
Acquired in 2012.
How can we proceed with the license registration and subsequent installation?

Intel stopped selling IMSL with its Fortran compiler over a decade ago. The IMSL libraries and DLLs were compiled with the Intel Fortran compilers of those times, and may not work with the current Intel Fortran compilers. You may attempt to log into the Intel Registration Center and attempt to obtain a license file that will work with the compiler version that you have. You may also find the FlexLM licensing to be a problem. The company (-ies) that made your version of IMSL have changed hands. The current one is "Perforce".

You may also consider using public domain numerical libraries with the functionality that you need, instead of IMSL.

I suggest that you consider replacing IMSL routine calls in your code with corresponding calls to either the JPL MATH77 library or the SLATEC library. Both these libraries are in the public domain. The source files and documentation for both may be found at www.netlib.org .
