License is expire

I get this problem when I am reinstall, but my license is perpetual.
Why have I get this error?

There is a separate forum which may give faster resolution on licensing issues.
If you need a fresh copy of the license, you can have one e-mailed from https://registrationcenter.com
Placing the license file in program files (x86)\common files\intel\licenses avoids need for connection on line during installation.

You should be able to log in to the Intel Registration Center and ask it to email you a license file. Specify this when you reinstall the compiler rather than remote activation. Note that while the license may be perpetual, you are limited to compilers released during your support term.
