We have several "Floating" licenses of Compaq Visual Fortran 6.6 as well as "node-locked" licenses.
Wishing to migrate into the .NET environment, what is the Intel commercial and technical proposition for us ?
Does it exist an upgrade to VCF 6.6 ?
Does it exist "floating" licenses for the Intel compiler ?
Is the "Intel Fortran 7.1" the successor of VCF 6.6 ?
Having visited the Intel site, all these points are not clear for me !

The "upgrade" or "successor" to CVF6.6B would be Intel Fortran 8.0, which is beginning beta test. If you purchase 7.1, your license should be good for 8.0 as well, during the remainder of the license period. You would contact the compiler sales people to discuss floating licenses.
