Location or Path to "idb" (Intel Debugger) Executable in Intel Oneapi-2023 Linux Compiler.

Unable to find the Location or Path to "idb" (Intel Debugger) Executable in Intel Oneapi-2023 Linux Compiler. 

If there is an alternate debugger, what would be the executable and its path or location in the in Intel Oneapi-2023 Linux Compiler. Any help would be appreciated.

Try gdb-oneapi. It should be in your PATH after running setvars.sh.  Here's the Getting Started Guide. I know there's no mention of Fortran, but it seems like there's enough there to get you started.
