Microsft visual studio 2013 Shell Requirement

Hi, i have been trying to instal intel visual fortran compiler 17.0 update 4 for windows and the only requirement that is missing is the Microsoft visual studio 2013 shell, could somebody tell me how i solve this?

This should install automatically if 1) You have a Commercial or Academic license (not Student or Evaluation), and 2) you don't have a supported VS with C++ support already installed. For that version of Parallel Studio XE, you could install the Community Edition of VS2017 and it would work, being sure to select C++ Desktop Application support.
