I have both Visual Studio 2003 and Visual Studio 2005 Pro. Can I have Intel Visual Fortran installed in multiple instances of Visual Studio? I am downloading v10.0.19 and also renewing my subscription so will have access to later versions as well.

Yes - I have it installed into VS03, 05 and 08. When the VS integration installs, it will (by default) install into all supported VS versions seen. Note that command line integration is for one version only (default is latest). You can change these with a "Modify" on the compiler or VS integration.
A note - if you do a compile on a VS version other than the one for which the command line integration is set, you'll get a harmless notice that the value of /Qvcn was overridden.
