My debugger can't see arguments in subroutines

With IF 9.1.037 the arguments seem not more to be referenced by value. With 9.1.036 and before the reference is ok. I have tested it on 2 PCs in Win 2000 and Windows XP, Visual studio 2003 German SP1. Intel Premier Support cant reproduce it. Is there anyone who can reproduce? Testcase and options are appended.: Thanks. Hans
