Need glibc from RH8

I need the glibc from RH8 in order to run Intel Fortran. I have the RPM but I don't want to install the library globally, I just want to put it in a local directory for the Fortran link. How can I extract the "libc-xxx-.so" file from the RPM without modifying the RPM database? Alternatively, could someone please send me their RH8 library libc-xxx-.so (in /lib/ or /lib/i686/) to fumento(at symbol)optonline.net?

Thanks
