Need to move compiler from dead to new machine

How do I do this? I'm struggling to find an email address that works for a response, and my initial purchase was over a year ago?!?

You probably should ask on the companion licensing forum; they should be able to help you recover your account even though it will be restricted to versions issued before expiration (until you renew).
