No executable after build on VS2008

Steve & Fortran Guys.

My OS is the latest Vista, including automated updates, not SP1 yet.

I then ordered the MSVS-2008 V9.0.21022.8 RTM (installed this first).

Then the latest IVC++ and then IVF V10.1.019, both complete and with the MSVS-integration.

Under MSVS I see the compiler and linkerbuttons (seemingly working, i.e. doing something on "Hello World"), but not therun-button. After compiling no object or exe outputfiles whereever. The run-button seems invisible to add.

Any one any success with Vista & MSVS-2008 ? Suggestions ? Would be nice to have things running this weekend.

Did you build the solution? That's more than a "compile". What's the output from the build pane?
