Is there any particular reason Intel keeps changing where files are installed? If you compare file locations of OneAPI 2024.0 and 2023.2.0 or 2023.0.0, they are so different. It did happen to previous IVF versions as well. If Intel thinks file reorganization is important and needs to be changed as is done in OneAPI 2024.0, may be they should also provide application like "vswhere.exe" which provide necessary environment PATHs. As an example, following shows where ifconsol.lib file is installed in OneAPI 2024.0 and 2023.0.0 versions.
