oneAPI 2024.0 environment variables have wrong path

On Windows, I can see this path for IFORT_COMPILER24 (using system environment variables dialog to view):

C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\compiler\2024.0\windows\

This path does not exist though. I assume this variable needs an update to drop the windows directory from this path?

ONEAPI_ROOT also no longer exists after upgrading to 2024.0.

There's a new directory layout with the 2024.0 release and new scripts to set up your environment from the command window. There is general information in the Release Notes with a link to more info for both Windows and Linux.
