Premier Support

How long does it take to get a response from Premier Support? I have waited 2 months without resolution. Fortran 13 and 12 both produce compiler internal errors and older versions I cant even install on windows 7. It is really frustrating.

You should get a response within two business days - usually much less. The only issue I can find from you that is not resolved, 687410, received an initial reply a few days after you submitted it, and a follow up on December 3. I don't see any report of installation failures from you. What is the report number for that?
