Is Intel having issues with the Registration Center? I have been trying to access the web site at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/ for the last few days. I keep getting the Network Timeout error.

registrationcenter was extremely slow to respond to me, earlier this morning. I was surprised it didn't time out. It seems to give way different response depending on various factors, including routing.
