when i input the serial the installer crashes and not respond, how can i solve it?. I have a dell ispiron desktop, p4 procesor 1gb ram, windows xpsp2.

I do not know what might cause that behavior so you could try an alternate method of directing the installer to the actual license file.

When registering for the Beta program you should have received email with the license file (.lic) attached.

Try placing the license file (.lic) on your system in a temporary location and when prompted during the installation select the method to use an existing license file on your system and direct the installer to the license file.

If you no longer have this email, then login into the Intel Registration Center here.

On the main landing page, click on product name Beta Intel C++ and Fortran Compiler Professional Editions appearing in the first column. On the next view, click Manage for the Beta serial number listed to show the license details. Use the button at the bottom of the screen to Resend license file to my email and proceed as described earlier.

There was a problem with web site response earlier today. If you can't get response, you could try copying the actual license file which should have come by email into program filescommon filesintellicenses
