Problem reinstalling Intel Fortran Compiler 8.0 for Linux

Dear all:

I have installed the Intel Fortran Compiler 8.0 for Linux but my first installation was wrong, so I have deleted the folder "intel_fc_80" with all the installation files from my computer. After that, I have retried to reinstall the software but the installation script tells that the "Intel Fortran Compiler 8.0 for Linux" is already installed and the new installation does not finish correctly. Can somebody help me, please?

Among the ways to accomplish this are to add --force to the suggested list of options passed to rpm, when the script asks for confirmation of those options. Next time, don't remove the installation directory until you have tried the uninstall script in the bin directory.
