Re: KNOWN ISSUE with Intel oneAPI Toolkits versions 2022.1 and 2022.1.2 and standalone components

Current installers do not work. Anything that is using the GDB debugger or DPC++ fails (installation sequence failed). Initial work around of removing all VS instances and installing 17.0.6 does not work. Removing all VS instances and installing 17.1.3 does not work. It seems that there is currently no way to install either the DPC++ installer, the classic C++ installer or the Fortran installer.

I have tried on Win10 and Win11 - I removed all installation caches. It does not appear to be a computer dependent problem, I am rather confident that it is a problem with the Intel OneAPI installers.
