Real-time programs on Fortran 9.0 in Linux

I am trying to understand, how to work with 30 signals (SIGRTXXX) in Fortran or in C. There are nothing to read in INTEL docs, comming with ifort, by this question. Are there anybody of programmers, who work with this problem and have a good experience.
Please help me to find books or e-articles, devoted to this problem.
