Reopening an Issue with Intel Support

How does one reopen an issue that has been closed by Intel support? I can't figure out how to do that except by creating a new issue and referring to the old one.

If you can display the old issue, simply adding a new reply brings up a check box for requesting a re-open.

I can display the issue page, but nowhere on itdo I see a clickable link to reply to it. There is a Submit New Issue link, but that is for submitting a new and separate issue.

The issue number is 238643. Can you reopen it for me?

There should be a "Reply to issue" about halfway down the page, to the right of "Issue Communication".

Mike,

If you haven't succeeded to reopen the issue by Monday, I'll do it for you.

To the right of Issue Communication is where the Submit New Issue link is.

Ah - I see. This issue was closed long ago enough that it can't be reopened. Go ahead and file a new issue on it and reference the old one.
