My computer needed a re-install from scratch - including Windows 10
I had been down to about 20 GB on a 1TB drive
Interestingly the Fortran install now had 71 components in place of the 63 from a reinstall and 55 from an uninstall
I put everything and every program back and I have 400 GB -- where does all this garbage come from with time?
Buy a larger hard drive and the companies will fill it

Could be prerequisites. I know when I have someone install one of my WPF apps they sometimes have to install the .NET runtime. If they uninstall my app it would not uninstall the .NET runtime, and if they reinstalled it would still be there.

No -- I install net things a lot - they do not take up 500 GB
it is weird.
The latest Version 4 update to VS 2019 Preview runs ok as well
