1. Why is the Fortran forum busier than the C++ Forum?

2. With all the includes you need in C, why not just put the entire code in one file and only have normal includes, be more LISP like?

3. Why would anyone write a code like Intercal and think it was humorous? It is a cross between the worst LISP code and Hitchhiker's Guide stuff? The defines and obscured code is interestingly mind numbingly humbling.
