Hello,
I'm having trouble trying to create a priority support ticket for a question about a FORTRAN compiler version.
As soon as I try to load website of the Online Service Center (https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US), it states the message:
Single Sign-On Error
We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.
This seems to have been a common error, but I haven't found a solution in the forum yet.
Do you know a different way to contact the support team or a link to a solution to this problem?
Thanks and best regards.

More info... The standard IT responses are browser clear caches and try a different browser.
If you still cannot sign on, you can file a ticket here.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you please try again?
When I first tried that URL I got "504 Gateway Time-out". When I tried again I got in. But then I'm an employee and my sign in steps might be different.
I asked if there are any known problems. No reply yet.

Thank you very much for the fast response.
When I tried again today, it suddenly worked. I don't know why, maybe clearing the cache was the solution (Default setting of the company when restarting the browser)
