Slowly execution program, after compilation

ifort (IFORT) 17.0.1

Hello, I compiled a program .f90 ,
 everything went well it returned me two sheets of results, in a blink of an eye
, now the same source code after compilation ("$ ifort -w -o CALCUL.out CALCUL.f90")
 provides me one of the two quickly, but the second,
 few minutes later!
Maybe rules compilation have change If someone can help me!

Some progress may be possible if you provide the source code of calcul.f90 (and any include and data files that it uses).
