Trial Period Extension

Greetings,
I am a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. I was using the trial of Intel Parallel studio XE 2018 Update 3 Cluster Edition which expired yesterday. Is it possible to get the permanent license file so that I won't need to use the trials and If so whom do I contact?
