Unable to Install Fortran HPC Kit ver2021

Hi, I am trying to install Fortran Compiler v2021; w_HPCKit_p_2021.4.0.3340_offline.exe

Whenever I try to extract and install, it comes up with the "One API" logo and then it vanishes without any error message. I have checked with other colleagues and it's getting installed on their machines, but not on mine. We all use the same specifications.

I am not having trouble with any other versions. I need this specific version to run a PSCAD script.

I have visual studio 2019 installed.

Any help regarding this is appreciated.

The only thing I can think of is that you have antimalware software on your system that is mistakenly thinking the installer is malware. That your colleagues can install strongly suggests the problem is not in the installer.

The offline installer is a self-extracting ZIP, so you could try opening it as if it were a ZIP file (use 7-Zip or similar), extract the contents to a folder, and run from there.
