Hello,
I have downloaded parallel_studio_xe_2018_update1_cluster_edition, and got licence number but i am unable to use it because i am operating through a corporate proxy.
May I have a try-out licence file ?
Best regards,
Jean-Pierre

The last I knew, the installer would create its own 30-day license on installation. Otherwise, you can choose "alternative activation" and get a code whch you enter on an Intel web page to get an activation code that you then enter in the dialog. (I don't recall if this last option works for trial licenses.)
All licensing support requests need to be entered at https://supporttickets.intel.com/

Dear Mr Lionel,
I have found a solution that may help other in my situation (behind a corporate proxy):
- be sure to download the full installer
- go to Subscription History (https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/subscription)
- there you will see the following:
- clic on "Manage":
- notice the download symbol on the upper rigth ? It will allow you to download the lic file that you can use to validate the trial installation.
Regards,
Jean-Pierre
