Upgraded from IFV 10 to 2013 Debug runs slower

We have upgraded from Intel Fortran version 10 to Intel Fortran version 2013. We are using MS Visual Studio 2012 Professional. Before we upgraded our program’s runtimes were 45 min. in release mode and 90 min. in debug mode. After we upgraded our runtimes are 45 min. (100%) in release mode and 7 hours (nearly 500% increase) in debug mode.

We have attached a copy of the old and new project files. Are there any compiler settings that can be changed to decrease the debug mode run time?

I think we'd need to see the sources to be able to replicate the problem. Just the settings alone are probably not the issue.
