VF Upgrade 6.5 to 6.6 error

Hello.

I have installed VF 6.5 in my computer and I wanted to upgrade it to 6.6 to rebuild an old .dll. Every time that I run the upgrader I get an error 320-32. Could you tell me why? Is there a solution? I tried to send an email to vf-support@compaq.com but it seems it does not work anymore...
