VFRUNAI66 runtimes

Hello I have updated my computer to windows 11, and now I can not get  Visual Fortrain runtime to install.  Ihave the vfrun66ai.exe but will not run to install the runtimes. 

Is there a  new file I need to download to get the visual fortrain to install?

That must be for Compaq Visual Fortran - a product that has been off the market for some 20 years. I recommend installing and using Intel Fortran, which is free, and supports Windows 11.

You can download the HPC Toolkit with the latest Fortran compiler free here
