VS 2005 Debug fails, w_cprof_p_11.1.038, 64 bit

Debugging in VS 2005 is mostly erratic. When setting break points in module subroutines, breaks occur no where near where they were set. Code is compiled in debug mode.

Is this an issue with IVF 64 bit, 11.1.038?
